Our 1st Event-Hustle Up the Hancock

Our very 1st event under teamschmult.com happened in Chicago, IL on Febuarary 22, 2009.  The event was taken place at the John Hancock building in downtown Chicago, hence the name “Hustle Up the Hancock”. Each year over 4,000 people climb to the top of the John Hancock building to raise funds for Lung Disease. The funds raised go towards research, advocacy, and education.

TeamSchmult.com’s 1st member Bahar Mallah was the one that took on the challenge to climb up the United States 6th highest building.  The John Hancock building is the tallest completed building in the world that contains both commercial and residential units. Plus it is the 23th highest building in the world.

Bahar cruised the entire 100 stories and didnt’ even break a sweat. She said, “Next year I will work it. And will be top 10″  She finished in 20:17 mins.Which was rated:

• #96 in her age group.
• #353 overall in the women.
• finished overal at #1279.
