CowaLUNGa 8/1/09-8/3/09

CowaLUNGa is a bike tour benefit that starts Gurnee Mills Shopping Mall and travels into Wisconsin Whitewater. All proceeds go to to promote healthy lungs and fight lung disease through research, advocacy, and education and the Respiratory Health Association.

The 3 day event include the following mileage the trip:
Day 1: 65 miles.
Day 2: 130 miles.
Day 3: 190 miles.
